COURSE FORMAT
2-3 full days, breaks into :
one theory (e-learning) / exam (online)one breathing and relaxation one confined water (STATIC & DYNAMIC)
two open water On the successful completion of the course, you will receive a PADI Freediver certification
 
PREREQUISITES:
15 years of age (or older).  
Be able to swim 100m without swimming equipment. 
Do not have any medical conditions
 
Minimum Performances requirements:
Constant weight dive to 20m
Dynamic apnea of 50m
Static apnea of 2min30
Exam passing rate 75%
